Dungeon Time

Revisiting the simpler art style I used in <da:thumb id="408889397">, but with shorter anatomy and less noodle-arms, here's a little dungeoneering illustration from a recent art-off with my sister (if you never pick a theme/idea/subject and challenge another artist to a draw-off, you should). 

I like to think that cursed torch/sword thing he's got was from boss loot, that the crystal map only works in dungeons of a same kind of magic, that the scythe is a personal prefference because they're best, and that the tail was from getting clipped by a rogue spell. 

No, it's not that cohesive and yes, there are things I could go back and fix, but it was a doodle for a fun challenge so I'm not making a big deal out of quality. I just thought it was neat. That, and since I've been working on stuff I LOVE but can't post since I want to enter them in a contest that says 'no published works,' I might as well drop SOME stuff off in DA.
